I created this illustration in the first few days of the 2020 lockdowns. I was inspired by what I perceived as a shift in our British identity and a renewed sense of love and respect for some of the lowest paid and vulnerable in our society (100% profits went to MIND and the NHS Covid Appeals). My piece depicts the NHS personified, draped in the flag of free healthcare. The piece quickly got picked up by Adobe, Amplifier Foundation, Build Hollywood and various other media outlets that helped gain a global reach in various forms. The International version is now held in a collection by the Museum Of Modern Art (Boston) and is also held by the Library Of Congress in the states.
